Swift Back to Swift
Calling Terms
Effective October 28, 2026
Before a business can call or text anyone through Swift, it signs these promises in its calling profile. They work alongside the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. What you agree to
In these promises, "we" and "our" mean the business signing, and "I" means the person signing for it.
- We're responsible for every call, voicemail drop and text sent from this workspace, and for choosing who gets them.
- We follow federal and state calling laws, including Do Not Call lists, calling hours and any state telemarketer registration our calls need.
- We only send voicemail drops, recorded messages and texts to people who agreed to get them.
- On every call we say who we are and why we're calling, and we never use caller ID to mislead.
- If our calls or texts lead to a claim, fine or charge against Swift, we cover it, as the Terms of Service say.
- I can sign for this business, and everything in this profile is true.
2. How you sign
You check the box and type your full name. That is your signature, the same as signing on paper. We keep a record of who signed, for which workspace, when, from what IP address and browser, and which version of these terms and the Terms of Service they agreed to.
3. If these terms change
A workspace can't keep calling or texting through Swift after these promises change until it signs the new version.
