Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
What we collect when you visit or use Swift, how we use it, and your choices. The short version: we use your information to run Swift, we don't sell it, and we never share phone numbers or text consent for anyone's marketing.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Swift is a sales and marketing platform based in Bluffdale, Utah ("Swift", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.
- It covers people who visit our website, sign up, or use Swift as a member of a workspace, and people who contact us.
- Businesses use Swift to keep records about their own leads and customers and to call, text and email them. For that information the business is in charge and Swift processes it on the business's behalf, under our Data Processing Addendum (/dpa). If you were contacted by a business that uses Swift, please contact that business first; we will pass on any request you send us.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a one-way hash), role and the workspace you belong to.
- Business and billing details: business name, address, tax ID (EIN), the owner's mobile number and typed signature for the calling profile and carrier registration, and billing contact. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- What you do in Swift: the records, messages, call logs, recordings, forms and settings you and your team create. This is your business's data, which the Terms call Customer Data.
- Payout details: a rep's banking and W-9 details entered on the payout form go to the workspace's own payout sheet and are not stored in Swift. Swift keeps only the legal name, bank name, account type and the last four digits of the account and tax ID.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, and dates and times, collected through server logs so we can run, secure and fix the service.
- Agreement records: when you accept our Terms or sign a calling profile, we keep who agreed, the version, the time, the IP address and browser. The workspace audit log is kept for 365 days.
- Messages to us: what you send to support, sales or legal, and form submissions on our website.
- Lead lookups: when a workspace runs a lead or address lookup, we get names, addresses, phone numbers and property details of the people at that address from public records and data providers, and pass them to that workspace.
3. How we use it
- To provide Swift: create accounts, run workspaces, place calls and send texts and emails your workspace asks for, and process payments.
- To keep Swift safe and lawful: prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, check numbers against do-not-call lists, and meet our legal duties.
- To support you and tell you about your account: service notices, security alerts, billing and replies to your questions.
- To improve Swift, using de-identified and aggregated information where we can.
- To tell you about Swift features, if you're a customer or asked to hear from us. To stop marketing emails, email support@swiftcrm.tech at any time.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We don't use Customer Data to train AI models. Some Swift features use AI services to work on your workspace's data when you use them; those services aren't allowed to use it to train their models.
4. Phone numbers and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver the messages on our or your workspace's behalf.
Replying STOP to a text sent through Swift stops texts from that sender. Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@swiftcrm.tech. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms (/sms-terms).
6. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. When a workspace closes, its data can be exported for 30 days and is then deleted, except what we must keep for the law, taxes, disputes or a legal hold. Consent and opt-out records may be kept for five years or longer because the law expects them to be provable. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
7. Security
We encrypt data in transit, encrypt provider keys at rest, limit staff access, log and alert on abuse, and keep each workspace's data separate. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling (we don't do these)
- appeal if we turn down your request
Email legal@swiftcrm.tech. We will confirm your identity before acting, may accept requests from an authorized agent with proof of their authority, and will reply within the time the law allows (usually 45 days). We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If your information is in a workspace's records, we will pass your request to that business and help it respond.
9. Children
Swift is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Where data is kept
Swift is offered in the United States, and we store and process data in the United States.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell account owners by email or in the app if the change is significant.
