SMS Terms
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms apply to text messages sent through Swift. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
1. Who sends the texts
Swift is a platform businesses use to text their customers and leads. Each text is sent by the business named in it, which is responsible for having your consent. If Swift itself texts you about your Swift account, these terms apply to those texts too.
2. Signing up
You get marketing texts only if you agreed to get them from that business, for example on its website form or by texting it first. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
3. How often and what it costs
How many texts you get depends on the business and what you signed up for; it varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that business (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You'll get one text confirming it, and no more after that. To start again, reply START.
Swift honors opt-outs automatically and keeps a record of them, so the business can't keep texting that number from Swift.
5. Getting help
Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@swiftcrm.tech.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your phone number and text consent are never shared or sold to anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and the privacy policy of the business that texted you.
8. Contact
Complaints about texts sent through Swift: legal@swiftcrm.tech. We investigate every report.
